By giving an OK for a commission to be started, you are agreeing to the Terms of Service.

Copyright, Restrictions, and Ownership

I, the artist, hold exclusive and full rights to the art. I have the right to post the art wherever/Use the art however I wish (On social media, art books, websites, etc.) unless the no advertisement fee is paid.
The commissioner can use the art for personal use such as social media icons, banners, and phone/tablet/PC/etc. etc wallpapers. You may not claim it as your own.
You, the commissioner, are allowed to use the art for personal use.
You, the commissioner, are not allowed to use my art for commercial use unless specified otherwise. You are absolutely NOT allowed to use my art for harmful purposes, AI, and NFTs.
You, the commissioner, are allowed to repost my art WITH CREDITS (A link to my Carrd is a prime example of what you may credit me with!)
My watermarks, initials, date, and copyright on the image are not to be altered in any way or form. Removal of my watermarks, initials, date, and copyright is prohibited. If you do not want my watermark covering the whole image, you may pay a fee (Only applicable to trusted personnel).
Redistributing my artwork for printed merchandise, promotion of goods, promotion of services, or promotion of social media pages is prohibited.
Altering my artwork and editing it without my consent is prohibited.
Failure to follow these rules and restrictions will ban and blacklist you from commissioning me again.
If you paid for no advertisement and break these rules, I will disregard the no advertisement fee paid beforehand and post/use the art anyway.

Payment

Several payments can be made in the process, depending on the commission type.
Starting/sketch fee
Commission cost payment before commission completion.
Final fees (No advertisement/ removal of watermark).
You will have to pay a starting fee/down payment for a sketch to be made.
After the sketch and the full payment is completed, the commission will be continued.
I take Ko-Fi donations and PayPal as payment. One coffee from my Ko-Fi is equal to $1 and therefore would allow you to properly pay in full the amount needed.
I only accept USD currency.
Refunds are not guaranteed and may not happen at all. Refunds will not be considered if I have already completed what was paid for.
You, as the buyer, cannot ask for refunds after the work is finished.
The buyer may not receive a refund if they cancel the commission after the sketch has been made.
Make sure you confirm with me the total of your payment! I do not want you to accidentally pay extra if that is not your intention! Tips are appreciated, but make sure you add in the amount you actually mean to add.
During the work of the commission, small additions (Markings, jewelry, etc. etc.) can cost a fee of nothing at all to $10.
During the work of the commission, large additions (Whole outfit change, background change, pose change, and so on) can cost a fee of $10 to $50.
Payment is expected after an agreement on the prices. The initial sketch will not start until you have paid for it. The commission process will not be started until you have paid for it. My watermark will not be removed until you pay, and I will use the art for advertisement/I will post the art until/unless the no advertisement fee has been paid.
Failure to pay will cause a cancellation of your commission.
If you cannot pay in full, please inform me so I can make a plan with you. I'd like to get paid, but I'd also like to make sure you, as my customer, are able to pay correctly, in full, without trouble. Do not use this as a way to avoid paying me.
ToS and work flow are subject to change. ToS, rules, and progress may vary depending on commission type.

Process

The process may vary when it comes to time. Both parties, the artist and the buyer, must be patient.
The commissioner is expected to give references (At least one clear source) to the artist to ensure the artwork is to the commissioner's liking. From a whole description of the character to just an image reference is acceptable. You must pick your own details (Body, Art Progression, and Art style), the character you want, and any details you want to be included. If you want a specific pose for the character to be done, give me the reference and I will use it. If you want specifics for background/ foreground/ effects and such, tell me. Do not expect me to stay exact to the pose reference, though, as it may be altered slightly.
Before anything else, the initial payment must be paid in full for the sketch to be done. After the initial payment, which usually costs the amount a sketch would (Unless stated otherwise), I will make the sketch before all else. The sketch will contain the character and possibly pieces of the background and foreground.
When the sketch is done, I will show it to you for confirmation. This is the only point where any changes you want to be done can be discussed without any charge (Unless the sketch needs to be altered in a way where the entire piece needs to be redone. Then you need to pay another fee).
To start the actual commission, you need to pay the rest of the cost.
Once you give the payment and the OK, I will continue on.
I will inform you of the estimated time it may take to finish the artwork. Please do not expect a quick, immediate piece to be done. Throughout this period, I need you, as the buyer, to be available for questions and viewing. If you want screenshots, I will be more than okay with sending you them with my watermark over the process photos when you ask. If you are not available for questions at any time, please tell me beforehand of anything that may make your replies extremely late or will make you unable to reply. If you do not give a warning and fail to reply, I will pause the process of your commission. Within 14 days, I will terminate your commission. However, if you do come back afterward, you may request me to resume the commission for an extra fee. I cannot guarantee you will be the first priority, but I will still commit to the art and put my effort into it.
Once the commission is done, you may pay a fee for the removal of my full-page watermark and pay a fee for me not to use the art for advertisement.
